Being Kind and Hard Work are the key!
My transmission fluid was leaking and I needed an immediate appointment. I called my excellent salesman, Will Poole. As it turned out, he was on his day off. He was more than happy to call the dealership to speak to Joanne in Service. Long story short, I had an appointment the next morning and my car is driving like new?? In the world we live in, there are not many people who go above and beyond. Most definitely not on a day off from work. Will went out his way to provide above outstanding attention to the problem. We also asked for an estimate for some body work from a fender bender. They made sure it was with my keys upon pick up!! We have been telling our friends about this great service and they become jealous. Keep up the great work!!! Looking forward to many more years with great service from Steven's Ford and Mr. Poole! My husband and girls said "Give him a raise????"
"Excellent experience purchasing my first brand new vehicle!"
Having never even shopped for a brand new vehicle, I was a bit apprehensive. After a bit of research of what car i wanted, what dealer had what I was looking for in their inventory, and a few dealer reviews, I decided to visit Stevens Ford. From the moment I was approached by Joseph Hudak, I felt that I chose a good dealership. He was personable, down to earth, and just an all around pleasure to work with. Once I decided to make the purchase, I was introduced to Carlos Trindade to finalize the deal and go through the paperwork. He made what could have been a tedious process easy and painless. Although I didn't work with Kristen Schuble personally, she made a point to call me, as did Joseph, and make sure I was completely satisfied with my experience and my new car. If you're in the market for a new Ford, I fully endorse Stevens. Top notch.
"First class dealership; exceptional staff"
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone! We actually drove over an hour to purchase our car from them. We were treated fairly and the service was excellent. The staff was wonderful and very helpful in all respects. When we picked the care up and dropped if off for service we had both of our young (2 and 4 years old) children were with us. The staff was very helpful with the kids and helped us with the car seats and provided a loaner car. Our salesman was Will Poole and he is the best! I would recommend this dealership to anyone!
"Whole team did a great job"
Had a great experience buying a car here. Will Poole and Bridget Taddeo were both very helpful. I was in the midst of a busy work period and did not have time to spend in a dealership, so I asked them to send over all documents ahead of time, so that I could quickly pick up the car and get out, and they did so. Carlos was equally helpful in getting me processed and out of the door. I spent less than 30 minutes total in the dealership, which I thought was pretty impressive, and everyone seemed really focused on making my experience positive. Would definitely go back to these guys and recommend them highly.

Kenny Agarita and the staff at Stevens made the buying experience a pleasure. After other dealerships I visited wasted my time with game playing - have to check this, have to get a manager for that, you can get one but it'll cost $500 extra to transport, ad neauseum, I was skeptical when I walked in. Kenny was right there, pleasant, easy going, found out what I was looking for and immediately suggested a test drive to see if I could handle the van. I felt I wanted windowless rear doors.Ken had me try both so I could find out for myself how much easier and safer rear windows are for a non-experienced van driver. He was patient when I asked him to re-explain all the gadgets and take a second drive. Straight-forward pricing, large selection in stock, quick and efficient financing and closing. I'd buy from Stevens' again and recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
Tracey and Bruce in the collision department are great, and welcoming people. From opening the door you can tell Tracey was genuine and valued customer service. Bruce worked hard to save my car from being totaled by insurance. If the world had more people like Bruce and Tracey; it would be a better place.
Purchased a used BMW that needed work prior to pick up. Work was handled professionally and properly. Joseph Hudak, salesperson and Joanne in Service did excellent work. They kept in constant contact and did their best to see that I was satisfied. I highly recommend this business and would not hesitate doing business there once again.
When my work truck unexpectedly broke down, I was left with no choice but to weigh the pros and cons of investing more money into my old truck versus purchasing a newer, more reliable vehicle; an option I knew would also come with the burden of a finance plan. I decided to shop around for my best option, but was having a difficult time finding a truck within my budget that met the criteria I was looking for. Taking a trip to Stevens of Milford was the best decision I could have made. Ryan, in the sales department, was friendly, knowledgeable, and above all, honest when discussing which truck would be best qualified to perform the degree of labor required in my company. Jeff, the sales manager, offered a great trade-in value for my old truck, and was able to find me the perfect replacement, while working within my budget. Jeff's assistance was prompt and precise, which made the entire process move seamlessly. Carlos, in the finance department, was resourceful and able to secure a great finance plan, as well as a remarkable extended warrantee for a fair price. I also had the pleasure of meeting the owner's son, Sam, who was welcoming and accommodating to my financial expectations. As a business owner myself, I could not have asked for a higher level of customer service or professionalism than I received at Stevens of Milford. It gives me a great deal of pleasure to know that, today, I have a reliable truck without the financial burden I had initially anticipated. I will, without reservation, go back to Stevens of Milford for future vehicle purchases.

Great fast and friendly service

I purchased a 2010 f150 about two years ago and since have gotten all my maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.) everytime I have to bring my vehicle in I always receive a very welcomed feeling. Any questions I have are always answered by a very knowledgeable staff. I would recommend stevens ford to all family and friends. Ps they have good cookies lol

I just recently brought my Hyundai Elantra in to get repaired. It had major front end damage from an accident I had been in recently. The whole department was extremely helpful and courteous. They did an amazing job repairing my car. It looks like it's brand new all over again. The manager, Bruce,(hope that's right), was more than accommodating and extremely professional. They did the job ahead of schedule and kept me up to date at all times. I will be bringing any car repairs in the future to Stevens Ford Lincoln in Milford. Great place.

the sales staff was friendly, professional and most important transparent. they were upfront and made the entire process of buying a car one of the best experiences ive ever had. I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. I bought a certified 2012 Ford Edge and the vehicle was in immaculate condition inside and out. They provided me with a car fax, and an inspection report from there service department. I received two keys a full tank of gas, a sirius free subscribtion and brand new floor mats... if you want a dealer where you dont have to feel pressured and have to deal with back and forth negotiations this is the dealer for you! I highly recommend Stevens Ford.
